…driven by creativity and determination, the upholsterer and saddler Berhard Rauch opened his first shop in the centre of Untermais. He showed foresight, being the first in South Tyrol to include garden furniture in his range after only a few years.

In 1984 his son Egon Rauch started working in the company. In the following decades the family business soon became one of the leading garden furniture shops in this branch. In 1998, due to a steadily increasing demand, the business area had to be expanded and relocated to the industrial estate in Untermais.

The company continued to grow through tireless endeavours for new ideas and visions. New products were added to the range and newly hired employees gradually contributed to the company growth.
In fact, in 2010 the sales area needed to be further expanded.
A profitable business location was found in the industrial estate in Meran Sinich, right next to the exit “Meran-Süd” of the dual carriageway MEBO.
an exposition and sales area of more than 3000 m² makes Rauch the largest garden furniture specialist in the region and beyond.
Rauch offers professional facilities for the hotel and gastronomy industry, for outdoor and indoor pools, saunas, as well as for private needs.
The company offers garden furniture for the outdoor sector in various designs and materials such as teak wood, metal, aluminium, plastic wickerwork, textile fabrics… ranging from traditional to modern models.
For the indoor area, the company Rauch offers mattresses and slatted frames, furniture and a wide range of decorative complements.
