Shipping Costs for Italy and Europe

Orders and deliveries are generally only available within Italy, Germany, and Austria. For inquiries regarding deliveries to other European countries, please contact our support team.

IMPORTANT

For shipments to European islands, you will receive a separate email with information on shipping costs after your purchase. These costs differ from those shown in the ordering process. Pickup from our showroom (Johann Kravogl-Straße 42/44, 39012 Merano, Italy) is available during our business hours.

Customs Duties/Taxes for Deliveries Outside the EU

Shipping Terms

Shipping is carried out exclusively by a freight company to ground level at the curb and is announced in advance by phone.
